Interesting

The winter pear Angys® is easily recognized by its copper-colored skin, which hides a fine, juicy, and distinctly aromatic flesh. Combined with its ability to be stored for several months, this makes Angys® a premium variety that can be enjoyed well outside the typical pear season.

Usage

Mainly for direct consumption, thanks to its firm texture, it is also suitable for slicing into salads or serving with cheese. Its long storage life makes it especially valuable for supplying fresh pears during the winter and spring months.

Each plant in our plantings has its own unique QR code. All a visitor needs to do is scan this code with their smartphone.
